Bench solutions for Hybrid and Full Electric Vehicles

Flex version 5.28.0.0 are Ready

 

The latest release of Flex opens up Bench mode reprogramming of inverter modules and automatic transmissions on hybrid and full electric Volkswagen, Audi, and Jaguar vehicles.

The FLEX version 5.28.0.0 protocols allow access to the Bosch INVCON3.3 (TC275)INVCON2.3 (TC1797), and Bosch VC1CP103 (TC277) control units directly from the module connector and therefore guarantee repair reliable repair and performance tuning.

Here are the supported vehicles:

  • Audi A3 8V 1.4 TFSI E-Tron (MY2018)
  • Audi A3 8V 1.4 TFSI E-Tron (MY2012)
  • Golf VII GTE 1.4 TSI Hybrid (MY2018)
  • Golf VII GTE 1.4 TSI hybrid (MY2012)
  • Jaguar I-Pace EV400 (MY2019)

The new Bench protocols for Bosch INVCON2.3, INVCON3.3 and VC1CP103 are now available for the following software packages:

  • FLS0.1 – SW Flex control unit (cars, vans, motorcycles) OBD + Bench
  • FLS0.5 – FULL Flex package
  • FLS0.10 – SW Flex Infineon TC17xx

 

Read times: 50 seconds

Write times: 40 seconds

New protocols added:

  • Volkswagen BOSCH INVCON3.3: Read / Write / Checksum Internal Flash; Read / Write / Checksum internal EEPROM; Full backup
  • Audi BOSCH INVCON3.3: Read / Write / Checksum Internal Flash; Read / Write / Checksum internal EEPROM; Full backup
  • Jaguar BOSCH VC1CP103: Read / Write / Checksum Internal Flash; Read / Write / Checksum Internal EEPROM; Full Backup
